How far in advance do I need to place an order?

The sooner, the better – especially during the summer season (May-September) and holidays. Optimal is 7-14 days before the planned date. In urgent situations, we can often help even with 1-2 days notice, so it's always worth asking about availability.

How can I pick up and return the equipment?

We offer two options: personal pickup in Warsaw (free) or courier delivery to your address (free delivery for orders over 10 receivers within Warsaw). Return works the same way – you can bring equipment personally or we'll send a courier. We arrange everything individually to make logistics as easy as possible for you.

Is the equipment difficult to use?

Absolutely not! Okayo WT-300D is one of the simplest systems on the market. Just turn on the transmitter and receivers – all devices are already paired and ready to work. Each set comes with simple instructions, and if you have questions – we're available by phone.

How long do the batteries last?

Batteries in Okayo WT-300D devices last up to 30-35 hours on a single charge. This means you can use them for several days without needing to recharge. We deliver equipment fully charged, so you don't have to worry about batteries during rental.

What if the number of participants changes?

No problem! Subject to equipment availability, we can adjust the number of receivers even a day before the event. Just contact us – prices are flexible and we only charge for actually rented devices.

What happens if something breaks or gets lost?

We provide equipment in excellent technical condition, but malfunctions happen. If something stops working during rental – we immediately provide replacement equipment. In case of loss or serious damage due to your fault, we charge for repair or purchase of new equipment (according to terms).

Can I extend the rental during use?

Yes, subject to equipment availability. Contact us as soon as possible – we can usually extend the rental period. The cost of additional days is 5 PLN (incl. VAT) per receiver per day beyond 3 days.

How does payment work?

We accept payments by bank transfer or cash on personal pickup. Payment is usually made after equipment delivery or during pickup. We issue VAT invoices upon request.

Can I count on technical support during the event?
