Rules for using our website and contact form.
§ 1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules of operation and use of the website available at audiospacer.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2. The Website Administrator is Rosa Venti Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, operating under the AudioSpacer brand.

1.3. The Website serves to present the AudioSpacer offer, provide information about tour guide system rental services, and enable contact with the Administrator through a contact form.
1.4. Use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge.
1.5. Using the Website constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of the Terms, you should not use the Website.
§ 2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following terms have the following meanings:
Administrator – Rosa Venti Sp. z o.o., owner of the Website.
Website – the audiospacer.pl website including all subpages.
User – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Website.
Contact Form – a form available on the Website enabling inquiries to be sent to the Administrator.
Electronic Service – a service provided electronically at a distance using devices for electronic data processing, including digital technology, at the individual request of the User.
§ 3. Scope and Terms of Use
3.1. The Website provides the following electronic services:

3.2. Submitting the contact form constitutes an electronic service within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
3.3. Sending an inquiry through the contact form does not constitute an order within the meaning of the Civil Code and does not create a legal relationship between the User and the Administrator.
3.4. A response from the Administrator to an inquiry sent by the User does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code provisions. Only after individual arrangements can a rental agreement be concluded.
3.5. To use the Website, the following are required:

- check_circle an active email address (when using the contact form).
3.6. The Administrator reserves the right to:

§ 4. User Obligations
4.1. When using the Website, the User agrees to:

- close attempting to gain unauthorized access to any Website features, other Users' accounts, or IT systems connected to the Website.
4.3. In case of User violation of the provisions of these Terms, the Administrator has the right to refuse service to the User and take legal steps to pursue claims.
§ 5. Contact Form
5.1. The Website provides a contact form enabling Users to send inquiries to the Administrator.
5.2. To use the contact form, the User is required to provide the following data:
- person name and surname / company name (required),
- email email address (required),
- phone phone number (optional),
- event rental period (optional),
- groups number of participants (optional),
- message message content (required).
5.3. The contact form service is provided free of charge, on a one-time basis when the message is sent by the User.
5.4. The Administrator commits to responding to inquiries within a reasonable time, no longer than 3 business days from the date of receiving the inquiry.
5.5. The Administrator reserves the right not to respond to inquiries that:

- arrow_right contain unlawful, offensive, or advertising content,
- arrow_right are sent in an automated or mass manner (spam).
§ 6. Liability
6.1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the Website operates continuously and correctly, but is not liable for:

wifi_off interruptions in Website operation resulting from IT system failures, power outages, force majeure, or other causes beyond the Administrator's control,

devices technical problems on the User's side, including lack of appropriate hardware, software, or internet connection,

error consequences of User actions contrary to the Terms of Service or legal provisions.
6.2. Content published on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Civil Code.
6.3. The Administrator is not liable for incorrect interpretation of content published on the Website by the User.
6.4. The User bears full responsibility for content sent through the contact form and for providing false or incomplete contact information.
6.5. The Administrator is not liable for damages incurred by the User as a result of using the Website, except for damages caused intentionally.
§ 7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
7.1. All content published on the Website, including graphics, photos, texts, logos, page layout, and other materials, are the property of the Administrator or third parties and are legally protected.
7.2. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using content published on the Website without the Administrator's written consent is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
7.3. Using the Website does not mean the User acquires any rights to content, trademarks, domains, or other intellectual property belonging to the Administrator.
7.4. Use of Website content is permitted only for personal use within the scope permitted by copyright and related rights legislation.

§ 9. Cookies
9.1. The Website uses cookies to ensure proper functioning of the website, customize content to User preferences, and create viewership statistics.

10.2. The amended Terms come into effect on the date specified by the Administrator, not shorter than 7 days from the date of publication on the Website.
10.3. Using the Website after the amended Terms come into effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10.4. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular:
- check Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code,
- check Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services,
- check Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
10.5. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website will be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with jurisdictional provisions.
